How to Apply Online

The following is an online application form. If you wish to apply to the American Language & Culture Certificate Program, please complete the information below and click on the "Mail" icon to electronically send your application form.  In order to finalize your admissions process, we need all of the items below.   If you have any questions about how to fill out the application, please read the Application Instructions

How to Receive an I-20 for a Student Visa

To be accepted to Kansas State University ELP and receive an I-20 for a student visa, you must do the following:

  • Complete this application in full, being sure to provide full address, date and place of birth, the term (fall, spring,) when you wish to begin, and telephone or fax number.
  • We need verification of your financial support. 
  • Please send the application fee of $80.00  made payable to the English Language Program. You may pay by credit card, check, money order or traveler's check issued in U.S. dollars.  Checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank. 
  • Translated transcripts from your high school and university.

This is the online application for admission to the  American Language and Culture Certificate at Kansas State University. This is an undergraduate certificate program and will require admission as an undergraduate. Please read the Application Instructions before proceeding. If you are applying to the graduate program or to the English Language Program, this is the wrong application. Please contact those offices for an application.
