Temporary Housing
Prior to Fall and Spring Semesters

When you arrive at Kansas State University to study, you may want to stay on campus in the residence halls. Because of testing and orientation, you will need to arrive before the residence halls officially open on August 18, 2003. You will need to make prior arrangements to stay in the residence halls. Contact the Housing and Dining Services Guest Services Office, 785-532-6368 or by e-mail (schlee@ksu.edu).

For students staying in the residence halls before August 18, 2003, there is a cost of $15 per night. Students arriving for the fall semester need to let our office know by the end of June whether or not they will need temporary/early arrival housing. You can contact us by fax, phone, mail or e-mail.  For the spring semester this service is available only to students who already have a spring residence hall contract because space is limited.

If you submit a residence hall academic year contract and are unable to come due to a change of plans, etc., please contact our office and the Housing and Dining Services Office as soon as possible to officially cancel your contract and release that space for another student.
