Complaints

We hope that your time in the ELP is good. If you have a problem, we want to help you. We will listen to you carefully and fairly. We value your opinion.

If you think something is wrong at the ELP or if you have a complaint, please follow the steps below.

1. Print off and complete the Complaint form SAMPLE ELP COMPLAINT FORM (.pdf).
2. Go to the ELP office (Fairchild 205) and make an appointment to see one of the ELP counselors.
3. Go to the appointment and tell the counselor about your problem. Tell the parts which you want to keep private. (Can we tell other people in the ELP? Who? Which parts of your problem?)

Tell us what you would like us to do.

4. Wait for one or two days. We will try to solve your problem as soon as possible, but sometimes we need to talk to several people. Be patient! We will help you.
