Laser Scattering DAS

The system measures the energy and peak intensity of a scattered laser over angles up to 90 degrees from the source. EDL designed electronics are used to amplify the output of photo multiplier tubes. The system has a dynamic range of over 1000:1

This PWB digitizes the PMT information and communicates with a parallel I/O card on a personal computer.

aquisition-board

Data acquisition board stores PMT information in FIFO registers for output over parallel port to the PC.
