Oldfather
is an Associate Professor of Economics. He teaches courses in money and
banking, macroeconomics, and labor economics, as well as special courses
for the honors program of the College of Arts and Sciences. His published
works include monographs on railroad labor and journal articles on the
same subject in the Journal of Forensic Economics
and the
Transportation Law Journal.
His research and consulting interests include bank cost functions,
railroad labor, and forensic economics.
