It's my job to encourage and help members of Delta Upsilon to grow into mature and well-rounded men. I schedule speakers to come to our chapter meetings and speak on a variety of topics, such as resume-building, job searches, and safety at social events. I also notify members of local events pertaining to intellectual, artistic, and social growth. In the fall, I organize and host a retreat for new members, to help them become acquainted with the members of the house, and the opportunities that Delta Upsilon offers them. Finally, I assess monetary fines for members who've violated house rules.
