Environment and Equity Subcommittee
The purpose of this subcommittee is to identify issues within the university climae toward women, investigate the gender balance of the faculty, staff, students, administration and governing bodies, identify gender differences in compensation, and make recommendations regarding recruitment and retention policies and practices affecting women faculty, staff and students.
