Feel Better Fast
Feel Better Fast is a presentation series focusing on ways to increase coping skills to better manage stress, nervousness, and sadness. The topics we explore are mindfulness, ways to increase our positive emotions, making the most of the options we have, and meditation. Each topic is covered for a week and we encourage you to attend all four topics.

Presentations will be on the following days at the following times this fall. *Please note, locations may differ, so please keep an eye out for the email once you sign up.
- Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00 am, once a week from October 3rd through November 14th
- Wednesdays 1:00 - 2:00 pm, once a week from October 4th through November 15th
- Thursdays 3:30 - 4:30 pm, once a week from October 5th through November 16th.
