Relaxation Exercises -- Extended Versions
Relaxation exercises, though very helpful, are not a substitute for proper medical care for significant medical concerns. The sample exercises are offered for your review and general use; for more detailed training and assistance in learning to utilize these techniques, please consider contact with a biofeedback specialist or other trained professional.
The following links will take you to extended versions of four important techniques for training skills in stress-management and relaxation. Each link on this page will take you to a full text of the contents of the specific audio-file and then a link to the audio-file itself.
- Autogenic Phrases Exercise
- Deep Muscle Relaxation Exercise
- Deep Breathing Exercise
