Your Responsibilities

This module outlines your responsibilities if you wish to use a work created by another in your class, including the process of making a determination. After watching this video you should:

  • Be familiar with the process of determining if something is under copyright and whether the fair use exemption applies.
  • Recognize the need for documentation of the steps you took to determine if you can use a copyrighted items.
