Update and early results on web accessibility survey
As of March 6, there were 42 responses to the survey. The committee determined that a reminder would be sent March 11 (actually went out March 12). The committee made suggestions to the reminder note that was sent to the A&K list. The committee agreed to provide a summary to the campus community on the status of web site accessibility. In addition, Jane will share with IRMC.

State Web Site Accessibility Training
Dr.Mills will present web site accessibility training on Thursday, March 28. The morning session is hands on in F202 from 9:30-12:00. The afternoon session is from 1:30-4:30 in the Union, Big 12 room.

Spring semester action plan
Susan will send out the dates/times for the Accrepair workshop offered by IET.

During the annual iT Showcase (April 16 from 10-6), Janelle, Susan, Neil and Nancy will be available to answer questions about individual websites. The goal is to have the programmers provide individual assistance as appropriate. This is a direct result of the comments provided to the Web Site Accessibility Survey.

March 31 deadline was discussed
It was determined that in our comments about the deadline, we would indicate that updating web pages for accessibility will be ongoing.
