Listname, the Kansas State University LISTSERV mailing list for YourGroup has been created. PrimaryOwnerName is the primary owner and will be the person primarily responsible for the list. MaintenanceOwnerNames are maintenance owners and will get any error messages the list generates (like bounced e-mail errors). QuietOwnerNames are quiet owners and won't get any error messages from the list. Since this list has Subscriptions= Closed, only the owner(s) can add subscribers to the list. Any owner can add and delete list members or change any of the list options." I will add you as Members of ListName right now and you can start using the list whenever you are ready. By default we have enabled two features of LISTSERV to help control some problems that have surfaced. Your list is set up to filter out attachments (this gets rid of some virus trouble) and HTML code (for people without HTML enabled mailers). You can remove those lines from the header if you want to allow attachments or HTML code. Please note that only the addresses listed here are able to administer this list (add and delete members, change the list options, etc.). If you routinely use another account, you may want to add yourself as an owner from that account and set either this one or the new one to be a quiet owner. Commands to administer the list may be entered via the web interface (at http://listserv.ksu.edu/web ) or by e-mail (to listserv@listserv.ksu.edu). Messages you want to send to your list members should be sent to ListName@listserv.ksu.edu.
