I was born and raised in Kansas, primarily in Wamego, where I graduated from Wamego High School. I attended Kansas State in the '80's. I have a large and lovingly involved family of which I am the youngest. My husband Pat and I commute daily from Wamego where we make our home. Between us we have six children, five sons and a daughter, ranging in age from 14 to 31. To date we have three daughters-in-law and three terrific and busy grandchildren.
I came to campus in 1998 working in the Union Bookstore. In March of 2000 I came to Counseling Services where I am an Administrative Specialist responsible for the front office reception.
I have many varied interests including reading, bicycling, fiber arts, travel and whatever it is my kids and grandchildren are doing. Anytime I can combine any of these activities it is a good thing!
I am looking forward to serving on classified senate, thank you for the opportunity.
