Set-up for exhibits: Monday October 14th from 3:00-5:00 p.m.
When you arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn, we encourage you to park in the parking garage on the south side of the convention center. Parking is complimentary. The registration check-in area for the conference will be located just inside the convention center from the ground level of the parking garage.

Important Exhibit Times:
An updated agenda for the conference is attached. The high traffic times for exhibitors will be during the Monday evening social mixer, Tuesday meals and breaks, and Wednesday breakfast and break.
Tear down: Wednesday October 16th at Noon
We will not be strict with exhibitors about striking your exhibit a little early. If you need to pack up before noon on the last day of the conference you are welcome to do so.
The exhibit area will be in the main foyer of the convention center area of the hotel. Your exhibit area will have (1) 6’ table, clothed and skirted, with (2) chairs. Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel meeting rooms and sleeping rooms. If you will need electricity, you may ask the hotel to provide you with a powerstrip and extension cord for $65, or you may bring your own. There is plenty of access to electrical outlets throughout the foyer.

The foyer of the convention center will also have posters on display. These will be mixed in with exhibitors and sponsors. Poster presenters will have a 4’x4’ board on which to display their poster.
Information about hotel security:
The main foyer cannot be closed off from the rest of the hotel. You are all welcome to store any of your displays or systems in the Alcove Room (you can see it on the diagram) overnight on Monday and Tuesday. Please understand that the conference is not liable for your displays and systems at any time during the conference, and while the Alcove Room will be locked, it will not be guarded or vigilantly watched throughout the night. If you are worried about your expensive items, we encourage you to take them with you each night when you leave the Exhibitor Foyer. While we do not anticipate theft, as Manhattan is a very safe community, there is no reason to provide temptation.
