Pre-registration for the Kansas Unmanned Systems Conference is closed.  However, we will be accepting walk-on registrations at the conference on Monday October 14, 2013, from 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday October 15, 2013, from 7:30-9:00 a.m.

If you plan to register on-site at the conference, please fill out the Printable Registration Form, print it, and bring it with you to the registration desk with your payment.

Registration includes conference materials, all workshops and keynote presentations, plus Monday evening reception; Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Wednesday breakfast and lunch. 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible by sending an email to registration@k-state.edu with the subject line "Consortium for Kansas Unmanned Systems Cancellation".  Substitutions are encouraged.  A full refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received the Division of Continuing Education at Kansas State University by 5:00 p.m. CST on October 4, 2013.  After October 4, due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available.  Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend the meeting and have not paid the registration fee.  The Division of Continuing Education may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, the Division of Continuing Education will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. 

PUBLICITY STATEMENT:

Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless the Division of Continuing Education Conferences is notified in writing at registration@k-state.edu prior to the start date.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:

A participant with a disability who needs accommodations or has special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
