Lafene Director open forum: Susanne Kufahl. 3 p.m., Flint Hills Room, K-State Student Union. Each candidate will present in an open forum on the dates indicated. The topic of their presentation will be "The Role of the Student Health Center in the Next 10 to 20 Years." A question-and-answer period will immediately follow each candidate’s presentation. The open forums are open to the public.

Reception honoring Virginia Moxley. 3:30 to 5 p.m., 4 p.m. program. Hoffman Lounge, Justin Hall. Virginia Moxley retires as dean of Kansas State University's College of Human Ecology in June after serving the college for more than 25 years.
iPad user meeting: Microsoft Office compatible apps. 1 p.m., 21 Bluemont Hall. Join us as we take a look at using Microsoft Office-compatible apps on the iPad. Open to all K-Staters.

Video Screening: "The Lyrics of Art". 7 p.m., UMB Theater, Beach Museum of Art. Learn more about artist James McNeill Whistler and his influence on the art world and culture of his time in the profile, "The Lyrics of Art." A second video highlights the development of Whistler's style and technique. The museum's galleries will be open before the video screening, discussion will follow. Each video is approximately 25 minutes and closed captioning is available upon request. Free and open to the public.

Faculty and staff golf tournament. Starting at 7 a.m., Colbert Hills Golf Course. Recreational Services is hosting a faculty and staff golf tournament at Colbert Hills Golf Course on May 22. Play will follow Texas Scramble rules with four-person teams. Entry deadline is Wednesday, May 15.

The K-State campus and Manhattan community are invited to attend this informational forum. Sponsored by the Office of the President.
