2013 Culinary Enhancement Workshop for Students. 10 a.m., Gold Room, Derby Dining Center. Molly Stevens, winner of two James Beard Foundation Awards and three International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Awards for her cookbooks, will present the workshop. Sponsored by Department of Hospitality Management and Dietetics.
