The University Recognition Program is a unique opportunity for participating students to set and achieve goals with the guidance and assistance of mentors in their professional field while completing an internship or co-op. Your work experience can be developed and monitored as a partnership between yourself, your employer, your faculty, and CES. This partnership serves as a strong foundation for knowledge and skill development, personal growth, and professional networking. You will get hands-on work experience, a taste of life after graduation, and possibly even an opportunity to return to your employer in a full-time position following graduation.
University Recognition allows you to combine academic and work experiences while maintaining full-time student status at K-State. Your work experience will be reflected on your transcript and you will enjoy the rights and privileges of a full-time K-State student!
