Graduate and professional school fair registration information
Kansas State University's Career and Employment Services is pleased to announce the Graduate and Professional School fair. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with outstanding K-State students for your graduate program or professional school. Representatives will interact with K-State students through a fair format. Please bring materials to hand out to students who will be attending the fair.
PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Booths
Non K-State Programs
- Registration fee: $100 per booth which includes booth space, a parking permit for 1 vehicle and conference cards to be used for lunch and snacks for up to 4 representatives.
- Conference cards for additional reps: Request at no additional cost. Indicate this in your online registration.
K-State Programs
- Registration fee: no registration fee, although parking and lunch are on your own.
Additional Fees
- Electricity: available at no additional cost. Indicate this in your online registration.
- Wireless internet: available at no additional cost. Indicate this in your online registration.

Graduate and Professional School Fair Agenda,Wednesday, October 29, 2008
8:30 am - 10:30 am
- Exhibitor Registration, 2nd Floor, K-State Student Union
11:00 am - 12:00 Noon LUNCH
- Union "conference cards" will be given to all representatives (non K-State programs). The conference card may be used at various locations throughout the K-State Student Union for lunch.
- Please notify the fair representatives at the registration table if you need assistance with your lunch plans.
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Fair open to students.
- Since students anticipate that the fair will continue through 3:00 pm, we ask that you and your representatives plan to remain at the K-State Student Union until the conclusion of the fair.
