Engineering Career Fair Registration Information

Kansas State University's College of Engineering and Career and Employment Services are pleased to announce the Engineering Career fair. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with outstanding K-State students in hiring for full-time, internships, or co-op positions. Employers will interact with K-State students through a career fair format. Please bring materials to hand out to students attending the fair.

PRICES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Booths
Registration fee paid on or before December 28, 2012
  • One day registration fee $350/booth
    • Registration fee includes booth space, one (1) parking permit and lunch for one (1) representative
Registration fee paid on or after December 29, 2012
  • One day registration fee $400/booth
    • Registration fee includes booth space, one (1) parking permit and lunch for one (1) representative
  • Final registration date is January 29, 2013
Additional Representatives
  • Up to 3 additional representatives
    • $25.00 per representative

Meet members of Women in Engineering Program, Multicultural Engineering Program, Engineering Ambassadors, Engineering Student Council, and faculty.The registration limit for this event is 35 companies with 2 representatives per company.

    • Recruiters will receive a resume book including students from various engineering organizations (Multicultural Engineering Program, Women in Engineering, Engineering Ambassadors, Engineering Student Council)

8:30 am - 10:30 am
  • Booth Set-up/Employer Registration, K-State Union, 2nd Floor
10:30-12:00 noon (suggested lunch)
  • K-State Union conference cards will be be provided to all registered representatives. The conference card may be used at various locations through the K-State Union for lunch.
  • Volunteers will be available if you need assistance at your booth during lunch. Preference will be given to companies who only have one recruiter present.
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Fair open to students 11:00 am-4:00 pm
  • Since students anticipate that the fair will continue through 4:00 pm, we ask that you and your representatives plan to remain at your booth until the conclusion of the fair.

Engineering Career Fair Reception

This informal reception will give you an opportunity to learn more about departments within the College of Engineering and to engage with engineering faculty and staff. This event is free and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. The limit is 2 representatives per company. Please mark your participation in your career fair registration.

Wednesday and Thursday, February 13 and 14, 2013, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • There is no additional fee to conduct Next Day Interviews.
    • Indicate your participation when you complete your online registration
  • Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
