Volunteer Sign-up
- Sign-up to volunteer - complete the online form with your availability.
- All volunteer opportunities will be at or within the vicinity of Bramlage Coliseum.

Set-up/Teardown
Set-up Sunday, March 4, 2012, 4-6 PM
Teardown Monday, March 5, 2012, 4-5 PM
- Physically set up or teardown tables and chairs.
- Distribute and arrange various materials on tables.
- Assist with clean-up to leave area in orderly manner.
- Remain until all items have been set-up approximately or torn down and put away following the event.
- Will involve team-lifting of tables and walking around concourse of Bramlage.
Dress: Casual clothes for bending, lifting and walking. Wear comfortable shoes!
Employer Greet/Set-up
You will work with CES staff to welcome employers to the On-Campus Interviews, provide them with the necessary written information and verbal directions that will help them navigate the event.
- Check in at the student registration table at the Northwest entrance to obtain a name tag.
- Greet employers and answer questions they may have. If you are unsure of the answer, locate a CES staff member to provide the necessary help.
- Assist employers with unloading any materials they may have brought and transport materials to assigned tables.
- Highlight the employer name on check-in sheet.
Dress: khaki’s and polo shirt as you may be asked to help with employer set-up and should be dressed semi-casually to move materials and for the weather due to the possibility of being inside and out!
Student & Alumni Registration
You will focus on helping students and/or alumni by welcoming them to the On-Campus Interviews and providing necessary written information and verbal directions that will help them navigate the event.
- Check in at the student registration table at the Northwest entrance to obtain a name tag.
- Greet all students, alumni, or guests and answer any questions they may have. If you are unsure of the answer, locate a CES staff member to provide the necessary help.
- Ask students or alumni to sign-in or scan ID. If student has forgotten ID or alumni/guest, please ask them to complete a form. This is important to ensure we get an accurate count of attendees.
- Give each person a map of Bramlage and table layout, Spring Education On-Campus Interviews flyer and a survey to complete upon exiting the event.
- Have them fill out a name tag including teaching field along with first and last name.
Dress: khaki’s and polo shirt or professional attire.
Floater
Circulate through the Bramlage concourse to assist Career & Employment Service staff and employers as needed. Collect completed surveys, deliver refreshments, etc.
- Check in at the student registration table at the Northwest entrance to obtain a name tag.
- You may also be asked to take on other volunteer responsibilities if we become short-handed. Please be familiar with the “Student & Alumni Registration or Employer Greeter” job description(s).
Dress: khaki’s and polo shirt or professional attire; wear comfortable shoes!
