Interim Assistant Director

The Interim Assistant Director serves as the CES liaison to the College of Business Administration and is accountable for the coordination, supervision and reporting of all college-based career services.  The Interim Assistant Director is also a member of the Director’s Advisory Council that collaboratively provides leadership for center-wide activities, policies and procedures in order to effectively deliver comprehensive career development and employment services.   Term-limited appointment from August 2013 to May 2014.

Associate Director

The Associate Director serves as the CES liaison to the College of Education.  Position requires a master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in university student services, teaching, human resource management or related field.  Prefer 2 or more years of supervisory experience with direct report employees, interns or practicum students.  Also prefer knowledge and creativity for promoting career services among college students using integrated communications strategies. Professional experience related to college that the Associate Director will be serving is also helpful.

The Employer Relations Coordinator position requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in university student services, marketing, customer relations, management, human resources or related field.  Prefer two+ years relevant experience and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) or other workforce/career services management software.
