Event Planning Intern

The Event Planning Intern will assist in planning, coordinating and executing tasks related to upcoming career fairs. Assist with administrative tasks, prepare reports for career fair meeting, correspond with committee members, student volunteers and employers attending the fair. The ideal candidate would have strong organization and planning skills, strong attention to detail, database management skills, be self-motivated, proactive and have a team oriented attitude, have strong oral and written communication skills and strong problem solving skills.

Assistant Director (College of Engineering)

The Assistant Director serves as the CES liaison to the College of Engineering and is accountable for the coordination, supervision and reporting of career services for all students in the college. The Assistant Director is also a member of the Director’s Advisory Council that collaboratively provides leadership for center-wide activities, policies and procedures in order to effectively deliver comprehensive career development and employment services. Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in human resource management, university student services, teaching, or related field. A master’s degree also meets the minimum requirements.
