National Gas Machinery Laboratory
NGML's mission is to provide research, education, and outreach to the energy industry. NGML works with numerous energy companies to develop techniques that improve energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions from energy-consuming equipment. NGML undergraduate students at K-State working at NGML interface directly with industry clients, conducting tests and performing research activities in a safety-focused environment to prepare them for the engineering work environment. Graduate students have the opportunity to work with industry sponsors of various research activities and present their findings at the annual Gas Machinery conference.
