Jana Fallin, Interim Director
Jana has been a professor and division chair in the university's department of music education since 1988. She is now the Interim Director for the Center. She is a recipient of K-State's highest teaching honor, the Coffman Chair for Distinguished Teaching Scholars for 2002-2003.

Paula Connors, Administrative Specialist
Our newest team member, Paula serves as the main staff support for the Center. She has the lead responsibility in working cooperatively with faculty members and staff across campus in the management of the TEVAL and IDEA Systems.
Manpreet Rai, Graduate Teaching Assistant
Manpreet is the GTA for EDCI 943: Principles of College Teaching. She is a doctoral student in Cognitive Psychology and works for the Center.
Shay Dodson, Staff Assistant
Shay serves as a staff assistant, graphic designer and webmaster for the Center. She has a BFA and an M.S. in Education/Academic Advising.
Cassie Wolf, Student Assistant
Cassie is our undergraduate student assistant, majoring in Psychology.

Graduate Research Assistant - Hiring for June 2013
The Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning has one GRA position available
for the Summer/Fall 2013 semesters with the possibility of extending through Spring
2014 semester. This 0.5 FTE position will begin in January 2013 and conclude in May 2013 (or Dec. 2013 or May 2014, depending on extensions) .
An applicant for this assistantship should have skills related to maintaining a website.
Work with web publishing software and preferably, Adobe Illustrator, would be preferred.
We often have registrations for events announced on the website. An applicant should
also have graphic design skills to create posters, advertisements and invitations
for Center events. This position needs a person who can work independently and also
work as a team member.
GRA responsibilities will probably include assisting with:
- CATL Website: http://www.k-state.edu/catl
- Designing posters, postcards, bookmarks, all advertising events sponsored by the Center.
- Other assignments for the Center which may include working booths at University events, helping with sign-ins at lectures, etc.
A review of applications will begin in the Spring and continue until the position
is filled. The person in this position works as part of a team in the Center and additional
responsibilities will present themselves as there will be opportunities to work on
other projects.
