May 26-May 31, 2011, will be the 22nd annual Wakonse Conference for College Teachers at Camp Miniwanca on Lake Michigan. 

Kansas State University has sent more than 60 faculty members to Wakonse since 2002.  Their attendance is supported by the Office of the Provost, the Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning, and endorsed by the Faculty Exchange for Teaching Excellence. Bill Genereux (Engineering Technology) and Steve Stockham (Veterinary Medicine) serve as coordinators of the K-State contingent.
