Call to Order:

Mike Perl convened the meeting.

Additions to agenda:

Betty Stevens: Summer 2004 Intersession

Minutes:

The minutes for the March 12th and May 14^th meetings were approved.

New Business:

Summer 2004 Intersession

Betty Stevens explained to the committee that due to the late start of the Spring 2004 semester, there will not be three weeks between the end of the spring semester and the beginning of summer school. The Division of Continuing Education had been notified that Intersession could not overlap the summer semester. She moved that the committee allow the May 2004 Intersession overlap the Summer 2004 semester by one week. Motion seconded and carried.

Non-Standard Class Times Petitions

Outside of Regular Class Testing (ORC)

Kevin Donnelly presented one ORC request for AGEC 120. Ray Hightower moved to approve the request as a comment with the course on the line schedule. Motion seconded and carried.

Due to lack of time, all other ORC requests will be considered by the committee at the June meeting. Sharon Hauck distributed a summary of the ORC requests so the committee could review before the next meeting.
