The Johnson Cancer Center is honored to be the recipient of gifts provided in remembrance or in honor of friends and loved ones. Your contributions pay a special tribute while providing support for important cancer research programs at Kansas State University. When gifts are received at the Johnson Cancer Center,

• they are deposited promptly at the KSU
  Foundation;
• the contributor receives a letter of gratitude from the Johnson Cancer Center;
• the individual(s) or family being honored receives an acknowledgment of your
  gift, per your request (no amount is
  mentioned), and the contributor receives a tax receipt from the KSU Foundation.

Throughout the year, we receive inquiries concerning "memorial" and "in honor of"
contributions, and what information should be included with the gift. For this reason,
we are providing a donation form (PDF format) for your convenience. If you wish to make a donation to the Johnson Cancer Center, please complete and mail the form, along with your gift, to Johnson Cancer Center, Kansas State University, 1 Chalmers Hall, Manhattan, KS 66506-3901. We appreciate your support!
