Dr. Duy Hua's laboratory

"Four classes of anticancer agents—tricyclic pyrones, triptycene bisquinones, anthracenediones, and anti-angiogenetic agents—are being developed and synthesized in our laboratory. Their anticancer activities and mechanism of actions are studied in Dr. Jean-Pierre Perchellet’s laboratory. These compounds possess potent anticancer activities in various cancer cell lines including leukemia, lung cancer, colon cancer, CNS (central nervous system) cancer, melanoma, ovarian cancer, renal cancer, prostate cancer, and breast cancer."
