The Budget Office works in close coordination with the Assistant to the President for Governmental Affairs in tracking and reporting all relevant legislation affecting K-State during the legislative session. Each week the Budget Office will distribute to the Legislative Tracking Information System listserv the relevant bills introduced for both House and Senate. After the turnaround time, the Budget Office will track the active bills to monitor current actions. All of these files are maintained on the Budget Office webpage.
The links to the left will take you to the Legislature webpage for you to print the full text of bills or follow the last three actions of the bill. Listed below are the relevant to K-State bills that have been introduced by the House or Senate. The active House and Senate bills include legislation that is still viable after the turnaround period. Please inform the Budget Office of any legislation you are interested in tracking for them to include in their list.
