A. General--Bramlage Coliseum And All Athletic Facilities
Aisles, Steps, Tunnels, and Entry Gates: are to be kept clear of people either standing or sitting. Only Event Staff personnel are allowed to stand in these designated areas.
Alcoholic Beverages: are prohibited at Wildcat events. This is stated on all tickets and on signs posted at all facilities
Banners: are allowed only if hand held, of reasonable size, with no profanity or degrading remarks, present no safety hazard, and do not block the view of other patrons.
Communication: Walkie Talkies (2-way Radios) are carried by all supervisors and campus police. If you need help, contact these individuals, and they will initiate appropriate assistance.
Disabled Patrons: Special areas are identified in Wagner Field and Bramlage Coliseum for disabled patrons. These areas are for handicapped patrons and one accompanying patron only.
Exiting During an Event: Patrons who wish to exit and reenter an event should receive a pass-out slip and retain their ticket stub to reenter. Any guest failing to comply will not be allowed readmission.
Prohibited: Alcoholic beverages, food, smoking (except in designated areas), glass bottles, cans, thermos jugs (more than two quarts), picnic baskets, ice chests, banners (except hand held banners), umbrellas and inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to removal from the facility and other appropriate action.
Throwing of Objects: will result in removal from the facility. Any patron caught throwing objects should be turned over to campus police.
Tickets: for all events can be obtained from the Ticket Office located in Bramlage Coliseum or by calling our 785-532-7606 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Smoking: is not permitted in Bramlage Coliseum. Pass-out slops will be given to those patrons who wish to smoke outside the Coliseum. KSU Stadium permits smoking only on the concourse area and not in any lines or restrooms. Complaints by other patrons, will require smokers to move or extinguish their smoke. This policy also applies to employees of both Wagner Field and Bramlage Coliseum.
Videos and Cameras: are generally restricted to individuals with special passes issued by the Sports Information Office. Consult your supervisor for designated access areas.
Weapons: of any kind are prohibited at KSU athletic events.
B. KSU Stadium & Bramlage Coliseum
Lost and Found/Lost Children: Will be returned/escorted to the Fan Accommodations Office located at the top of section 5 (below the press box). Patrons may call with lost and found questions at 785-532-7600 after game day.
Paging: If an emergency message is requested to be read on the public address system, refer the requester to Fan Accommodations (below the press box), and the public announcer will be notified if appropriate.
Parking: Ahearn, and reserved spaces for VIP, are located in the east and west parking lots. The east lot retains a limited number of GA parking. GA parking cost is $5.00 per car and $10.00 for RV's and busses for football games. Basketball patrons are charged $3.00 per car and $8.00 per RV and busses.
Programs: may be purchased at both the east and west sides of the stadium for football and at Bramlage entrances for basketball games.
Cat's Closet Stands: are located in the tents at the southwest corner of the stadium (behind section 10) and on the east side (across from section 21) of the stadium.
Telephones: at Wagner Field are located as follows:
1 Outside Gate 2 (parking lot side)
2 Beneath the Press Box
1 On the West side of the South Concession stand
1 Outside gate 12 (parking lot side
At Bramlage Coliseum their are four locations behind sections 3, 9, 17, and 22.
Wheelchairs: For football - reserved ticket locations for wheelchair patrons are located at the top of section 3, 7, and 22 in the designated seats. Sections 15, 17, and 26 are all general admission. These tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. Wheelchair patrons are asked to only have one accompanying patron in order to conserve space for others. For Bramlage - Sections 3, 9, 17, and 21 are locations for disabled patrons, however, we also place wheelchair patrons along the basketball floor when requested.
II. Alcohol Policy And Control Procedures
A. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages: are prohibited at all KSU athletic events. This includes possession of open, unopened, and disguised containers.
III. Emergency And Medical Information
A. Introduction
KSU Athletics and Bramlage Coliseum: want to ensure that patrons are treated in a courteous, friendly manner, but also that your safety and well-being is assured.
B. Types of Emergencies
Fire: In case of fire, event supervisors will calmly and orderly evacuate patrons through the nearest exit.
Severe Thunderstorm Warning: When a warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for Riley County, an announcement will be made over the public address system advising patrons that a severe storm is imminent. This announcement will give the location and time of its arrival.
Tornado Warning: Following the notification that a Tornado Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. the following shall be implemented:
(a) Game/Event shall be suspended for the duration of the warning.
(b) A public address announcement shall be made advising patrons that a Tornado Warning has been issued.
(c) Patrons shall be asked to go onto the field level and await instructions. Should a funnel cloud be spotted in the vicinity of the stadium, patrons shall be advised to lay flat and cover their heads. Elderly and disabled patrons will be assisted to restrooms to seek shelter.
C. First Aid Procedures
KSU Stadium First Aid Station's are located beside the new restrooms across form Section 19 in the Southeast corner and across from Section 10 in the Southwest corner of the stadium.
Bramlage Coliseum's First Aid Station is located on the concourse across from Section 3.
