Booking Tours
Tours are available during public hours. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis, and groups are advised to book at least one month in advance. Inquires can be made by calling the Education Coordinator at 532-7718. Tours are free unless groups book the optional art project with a $1 per student supply fee.

The size of tour groups will be limited due to space constraints within the Museum

School Groups - maximum 45 children and four chaperons.

Adult Groups - maximum 60 people

Groups will be broken down into units of no more than 15 visitors per docent.

Confirmations will be mailed to the contact person and will be accompanied by special instructions and materials. Please call the Education Coordinator with any questions about confirmations immediately. A waiting list will be kept in case of cancellations. Cancellations should be made at least one week before the day of the tour/program.

Booking Outreach Programs
Program and materials inquires may be made by calling the Education Coordinator at the Beach Museum of art, Mon -Fri. 8:00-5:00. All programs will be available on a first come, first serve basis. It is suggested that programs and materials be booked at least one month in advance.

The programs of the Beach Museum of Art are available to all audiences. The education staff would be happy to tailor a program to your group's special needs. The Museum is handicapped accessible. With advance notice, the Museum will try to make special services, such as sign language interpreters, available. Pleas contact the Education Coordinator for any special requests your group might have so that the program will be a successful one!
