President

The role of the President is to keep the group motivated to fulfill the responsibilities and goals throughout the year. It requires constant support and finding ways to help the other members. Besides overseeing all aspects of the group, it is being a contact for the university, alumni and our advisors. Most importantly, it is spending time with the individual members and ensuring that members are having fun.

Vice-President

Responsible for assisting the President in coordinating all functions and activities.  Maintains all financial records, manages the budget and performs all financial transactions.  Maintains the Blue Key list serve, records regular meeting activities and manages the Blue Key meeting room and its use.  Compiles and distributes the annual report.

Peer Leadership Consulting Coordinator

Organizes all instruction and education for collaborating Peer Leadership Consulting presentations.  Keeps workshop presentations up-to-date and prepares workshop supplies for members. Provides logistics for leadership workshops performed by Blue Key members including promotion and scheduling of workshops.

High School Leadership Conference Director

Schedules and orchestrates the conference, as well as organizes sessions to further student's
understanding of leadership.

Catalyst Self Development Experience Director

Planning an appropriate and meaningful self-development curriculum and schedule for the spring self-development program, publicizing and promoting the program via posters, fliers, brochures, and class announcements, coordinating the application and selection processes of potential participants and organizing and overseeing the teaching of the self-development curriculum.  Schedules and plans large-group retreats for all the participants in the self-development experience.

Blue Key Membership Director

Handles all aspects of recruiting new members to apply for Blue Key including promotions of applications, application screening, interviews and new-member selection.

Quest and Catalyst Membership Director

Handles all aspects of recruiting new members to apply for Quest and Catalyst including promotions of applications, application screening, interviews and new-member selection.

Alumni Relations Director

Plans and organizes the Blue Key Member Reunion.  Facilitates the nomination and selection of the recipient of the Richard E. Misler Outstanding Blue Key Alumni Award. 

Membership Development Director

Public Relations Director

Coordinates all publicity and marketing for Blue Key, Quest and Catalyst. This includes the alumni newsletter and Web site maintenance.
