Doctoral student and graduate research assistant in grain science
Khamis is involved in research in the Food Processing and Dough Rheology Laboratory in the department of grain science and industry.
Khamis holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology from Alexandria University, Egypt, a master’s degree in grain science and industry from Kansas State University, and is pursuing a doctorate in grain science and industry, also from Kansas State University. His hobbies include photography.
