F17900 - Division of Biology Excellence Fund
This fund supports the Division of Biology in acheiving excellence in scholarship, service and instruction. Contributions provide resources for our seminar program, faculty research, instructional equipment and faculty and student travel. The Excellence Fund is an important financial key to reaching excellence on all three levels.

Larry G. Williams Undergraduate Scholarship Fund
This scholarship honors Larry G. Williams and provides financial assistance to undergraduate students properly enrolled in the Division of Biology.  Williams retired in January 2008, from his position as University Distinguished Teaching Scholar and Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies after 37 years of dedicated service.

F53100 - L. Evans Roth Fund
Dr. L. Evans Roth was the first director for the Division of Biology. This is an endowed account with earnings to be used for financial support of the Division of Biology. In recent years, it has provided funding for the L.E. Roth Award for Graduate Student Research in Cellular, Molecular or Developmental Biology.
Q61855 - Chris Edler Memorial Scholarship Fund
This award recognizes and honors outstanding achievements by graduate students conducting research or educational activities associated with the Konza Prairie Biological Station. It perpetuates the name and memory of Christopher Edler, an outstanding graduate student and teacher dedicated to research on the Konza Prairie, who died December 1993.
Q68500 - H. Henley Haymaker Memorial Award in Biological Sciences Fund
The purpose of this fund is to give recognition, in the form of scholarships or loans, to outstanding students who are majoring in the Division of Biology at Kansas State University or as a salary supplement to worthy young faculty members in the Division of Biology. In memory of H. Henley Haymaker, a devoted professor in the Department of Biological Sciences for 46 years. This fund provides the support for the Haymaker Outstanding Undergraduate in Biology Award, the Haymaker Outstanding Graduate Student Presentation at the Annual Biology Graduate Forum Award, and the Haymaker Biology Faculty Teaching Excellence Award.

Q94500 - Watkins/Gainey Memorial Scholarship Fund
This fund supports the annual Michael Scott Watkins Graduate Student Teaching Award. It is intended that this living memorial to Michael Scott Watkins, who lost his life in 1973 while a graduate student at Kansas State University, and Dr. and Mrs. P.L. Gainey, whose contributions to the field of bacteriology through teaching and research, shall provide academic recognition and financial assistance to graduate students at Kansas State University who have distinguished themselves in teaching.
