Trombone Day - Nov. 1st K-State vs. Oklahoma State
After the success of our K-State percussion day, tuba day, and trumpet day, we are announcing K-State Trombone Day!
This FREE event is open to all high school trombone players. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Spend the day with the K-State Marching Band
- Meet the K-State marching band staff
- Perform with the K-State band in front of 50,000+ fans!
*Trombones, please find the part you are most comfortable with and practice before the big day! You will be performing America, 76 Trombones and Wildcat Victory with the KSUMB as part of a special patriotic show. Please print out these parts and bring them with you.

OFFICIAL TROMBONE DAY Schedule (Nov. 1st - KSU vs. Oklahoma State)
12:00 pm – Report to the Indoor Football Practice Facility South of Bramlage. Please be early and allow enough time for parking/drop off. Parking at the stadium is on your own.
1:00pm – 2:00pm – Trombone Clinic w/ Lance LaDuke and KSU Staff
2:00pm – 4:00pm – KSUMB Rehearsal
4:30pm – 5:45pm – Dinner (provided)
5:45pm – Warm-Up with the K-State Trombones/March to the Stadium
7:00pm – Kick Off!!!
8:15pm – Half-Time (Students may leave after half time)
