Ensembles

K-State has a variety of ensemble opportunities open for all students. From music majors to non music majors, from freshman to fifth year seniors.

Wind Ensemble Wind Symphony

As the premier concert ensemble at K-State, the Wind Ensemble regularly travels to perform at regional, state, national and international concert venues.

As the newest ensemble in the K-State Bands, this group boasts the talents of our Music Majors and gifted non-music majors. Students are exposed to challenging literature and standards of the repertoire.

Concert Band
 University Band

The Concert Band performs some of the finest literature written for concert bands. Students are exposed to traditional "core" literature and some of the finest new music for concert band.

The University Band is a non-auditioned ensemble which meets Spring semesters. It not only provides a quality ensemble experience for students from all majors on campus, but a valuable opportunity for music education majors to perform on secondary instruments.
