1812 Overture
Wildcat Victory
Last year, nearly 2,000 musicians joined the K-State Marching Band for a festive half-time performance. Students and their directors march a short parade through downtown Manhattan and enjoy the festivities of K-State Football! Additionally, all woodwind, brass, flags, twirlers, and dancers are invited to join the K-State Band for a massed half-time performance.
"KSU Band Day provides our students the first road trip of the season and gives them an opportunity to perform in a public setting different from our own venues. The chance to perform on the field in front of a Big XII crowd is pretty cool for the students and the parent chaperones as well. It is a fun trip for us."
