Cinderella Project is a community service project hosted by: Apparel
Marketing & Design Alliance (AMDA) and Chi-Omega Sororities of Kansas State
University. These organizations will collect gently used dresses &
accessories and host a "shopping day" for local high
school girls of Manhattan, Kansas. Collection has already begun and the event is scheduled for March 28, 2009 from 11a.m. to 3 p.m. location TBD. This project is a good practice in sustainability, as it use reinforcing the use of old
clothing as an alternative to new ones.
