Mission Statement
In the context of the larger mission of the College of Business
Administration, the Department of Management will strive to:
- Be the leader in Management education in Kansas, enabling our
students to lead and add value to future employers and society,
- Generate high quality research and scholarship that informs our global
academic communities and advances knowledge in our respective
disciplines,
- Develop and maintain a presence in the application of knowledge for
management practitioners, particularly in the Midwest, and
- Maintain a presence in our professional organizations and local
communities through active participation in professional service.
