On-site review moved to the 2008-2009 academic year (third and final postponement).  The site visit is scheduled for April 22 - 23, 2009.  A formal response to the Visitor's Report is due by February 15, 2010.  At its March 2010 meeting, NAST voted to continue accreditation for a period of an additional 10 years. A progress report is due by February 1, 2011 addressing concerns in the commission action report.  Progress report was submitted to NAST on February 4, 2011.  Progress report was accepted, however, a follow-up report must be submitted by February 1 2013 to maintain accreditation.

Accreditation site visit occurred March 8 - 10, 2010.  A response was submitted to ACPHA on April 30, 2010.  A final decision regarding continuing accreditation will occur later this year.  At the ACPHA May meeting, the Commission voted to grant continued accreditation for an additional 7 years.  A progress report addressing stated items is due in advance of the Commission's Winter 2011 meeting.

Accreditation site visit occurred November 7 - 10, 2010.  A report had been delayed by CIDA regarding re-accreditation; it should be expected early 2010.   At its March 2010 meeting, CIDA awarded continued accreditation for an additional 6 years. A progress report must be submitted in spring 2013, and the program will be revisited in spring 2016 to seek re-accreditation.

Initial approval has been granted from CEPH pending the submission of a self-study and site visit. Site visit took place October 28-29, 2013. CEPH will provide a site visit report December 20, 2013. The MPH program's response to that report will be due no later than April 29, 2014. The CEPH plans to meet in June 2014 and will make a decision on accreditation at that time. CEPH will notify of decision no later than August 1, 2014.
