Weekly Time-Management Grid
There are 168 hours in the week. Budgeting that time will help you avoid the two most common time-management problems: overloading and under-planning. Use this planner to help structure your week. Plan two hours of study time for every hour spent in class. And remember that 15 hours per week in class + 30 hours per week studying equals at least 45 five hours per week on academics. Be sure to schedule your leisure time and other activities as well.
You might also try filling out the planner for last week. How well did you use your time? Can you identify areas that need improvement? Assessment can be a valuable step in the planning process too.
