Sponsored by Prentice Hall Publishing, this site seems primarily focused on art. The "Search" portion offers quality photos of many notable works of art.
Humanities Scholarship
The University of Maryland offers this solid collection of links. Notice that they connect with many sites devoted to "Humanities Computing" as an emerging area of study.
Humanum
The Research Institute for the Humanities at the Chinese University of Hong Kong maintains this site. It provides a rich selection of links, including more links to Eastern perspectives than many other sites.
Infomine: Scholarly Internet Resource Collections
This extensive project is run by the University of California. Both the "Social Science & Humanities" and "Visual & Performing Arts" collections may lead you to interesting and informative places.
Internet Resources by Subject
These links are maintained by Western Connecticut State University. This site might be a good place to start if you are looking for something specific. Its design is simple and hospitably organized.
The National Endowment for the Humanities
This site may help illustrate the role the U.S. government plays in supporting the humanities. It may also be notable if your career plans include humanities scholarship and research.
Stanford Electronic Humanities Review
This site is an e-version of the Stanford Humanities Review. It should represent a good introduction to the journals in the field.
Voice of the Shuttle
This site is sponsored by the University of California-Santa Barbara. It offers a very comprehensive set of links. It could probably keep you busy all semester... but the links are categorized for quicker access if necessary.
