Discussion Board and E-mail Lists
The Honors Program has two e-mail lists (listservs) and a Discussion Board.
- Honors-L is an e-mail list for all students who are in or interested in the Honors Program of the College of Arts and Sciences. It is used exclusively for announcements and distribution of information about the Honors Program and events on campus that should be of interest to students in the Program. The only person who can send messages to honors-l is the director of the program, Dean Larry Rodgers. If you want to have an announcement posted through honors-l, send it to Dean Rodgers (rodgers@ksu.edu). If you want to be added to honors-l (or removed from it) please contact Christine Hackworth (cbathgat@ksu.edu).
- Honors-d is an e-mail list for students in the College of Arts and Sciences Honors Program. Students must sign themselves up for this list. If you are on honors-l, you can subscribe to honors-d. To do so, send the following e-mail message to listserv@ksu.edu: subscribe honors-d [your e-mail address]. Once on the list, you will receive messages that are posted to honors-d and you may send messages yourself to all subscribers on that list.
- The Discussion Board is sponsored by the Honors Program of the College of Arts and Sciences but is intended as a forum for discussion by the university community at large. There you may read or contribute to discussions of a broad range of topics. The Discussion Board is "threaded" -- that is, organized according to previously established topics. Please enter your message under the appropriate existing topic. If you want to start a new topic, please do so. In either case, give a meaningful, descriptive title to your message.
