The Art, History and Culture of the Italian Peninsula.

May 20 - June 10

Faculty Leader: Dr. Douglas Dow, Assistant Professor of Art History.
A specialist in Italian Renaissance Art, Dr. Dow led a study-abroad group in Italy in 2007 and lived in Florence for several years.

Program: 3 weeks visiting major sites in and around Sorrento, Rome, Florence and Venice. Earn 3 KSU credit hours by enrolling in Dr. Dow's Art 695 course, or in other independent studies offered by KSU faculty in Architecture, Philosophy, and Modern Languages.

Lodging: Students stay in hostels or hotels in each city.

Cost: $4,250
Includes tution, lodging, transportation in Italy, tours, museums, and estimated R/T airfare from MCI to Rome, does NOT include meals, local transport, (Bus, Subway, Taxi) or personal expenses.
