The ceramics area occupies almost 7,000 sq. feet of space in an old stadium once used as a dorm. There are 10 electric kilns of varying sizes, 2 large gas kilns, a raku and a number of small gas test kilns. Plans are underway to remodel a separate building which will house a wood kiln and has room for other kilns.

Each graduate student is assigned over 200 sq. feet of private studio space (as available).
