Art Students Study in Scotland
During the summer of 2004, several students accompanied Prof. Nancy Morrow to Scotland for nineteen days. The group both traveled and worked during their time there, incorporating studio assignments with course related excursions, according to Prof. Morrow, students were exposed to a mix of art history and contemporary art issues via a broad range of disciplines. Among the highlights of the trip was a day spent in Glasgow at the Glasgow Museum of Modern Art.

Printmaking faculty/grad students at Mid-America Print Council
Printmaking faculty and grad students Mark Gilder, Teresa Johnson, and Lori Wright attended the Mid-America Print Council conference at U of Nebraska-Lincoln Oct. 6-9, 2004. The conference included over 50 artists, museum curators, and art historians who lectured, presented panel discussions or demonstrated printmaking processes. The conference featured works by keynote artists Judy Pfaff (USA), Outi Heisanan (Finland), and Akira Kurasaki (Japan).
