After graduating from Ankeny High School in Ankeny, Iowa, I moved to Manhattan, Kansas in 1996 to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Kansas State University. From there I worked as full time as a designer for an educational publishing company.

In the spring of '07 I was accepted to the MFA program of Kansas State University where I am now studying visual communicatons and working as a graduate teaching assistant.
