All seminars (ARE 020 and CNS 016) are on Thursdays from 4:30-5:20 p.m. in Forum Hall in the K-State Union.

Seminar Requirements

  • If you are in Architectural Engineering or Construction Science and Management, it is YOUR responsibility to ENROLL yourself in seminar (ARE 020 or CNS 016) each semester that you are in the program.
  • ARE Students: Four (4) ARE 020 seminars must be attended each semester to receive CREDIT. If you miss a seminar, you can attend a CNS 016 seminar the same semester to make it up.
  • CNS Students: Four (4) CNS 016 seminars must be attended each semester to receive CREDIT. If you miss a seminar, you can attend an ARE 020 seminar the same semester to make it up.
  • If you don't end the semester with 4 seminars attended, you receive NO CREDIT.
  • If you receive NO CREDIT for a semester, the only way to make it up is to submit a ten-page paper to Blythe Vogt , the ARE seminar advisor, or Eric Bartholomew, the CNS seminar advisor.
