We, the Kappa Tau Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc would like to thank each of the young ladies who participated in the 3rd Annual MISS BLACK AND GOLD PAGEANT!! It was truly a pleasure working with each of you. You are ALL QUEENS!!!! It is is our sincere desire that you continue to let the beautiful light that is inside of each of you SHINE for all of the world to see!!!
We would also like to take this moment to give our heartfelt thanks to the pageant coordinator for the 2nd consecutive year, Bro Daron Fowler. An EXTRA SPECIAL thank you goes out to the LOVELY and TALENTED MISS MARGARET TURNER, Director of the Upward Bound Program here at Kansas State University, and Pageant Co-Coordinator for the past 3 YEARS!!!!! This pageant would not have been possible without both of your hard work and dedication. For that, we are eternally grateful!!!
