We had a problem with people talking to loud during the anime. I would hate to ban all talking during the anime. But unless people can't learn to control their volume, we may have to make it a rule. Which would be a shame. Wispering is ok but don't be to loud from now on.

Now, if it distracts you, I recomend watching your favorite show at home, thats what I do with Macross Frontier.

Anime club should be about more then watching anime in perfect silence. Anime Club is a place to meet friends and talk to new people. Being silent will not win you anyfriends.

Nintendo DS Page

One Manga --> Lets read manga as a club. Everyone Look into this site. It has a lot of handy tools on it. It has Category pages for: comedy, ecchi and action. We can follow as many as you guys want. But a Max of 10 or 12 might be good. Be considerate that some people love shojou

and some love ecchi

and try not to flame them or there taste, because its tasteless to flame them. Also please take into consideration the level of ecchi and/or shojou that you think is appropriate for the club. Fan service is great! But lets find stuff everyone can enjoy.

If you find one you like make sure it has monthly releases and is reliable. Look at the dates the chapters have been released, because there classifying it as irregular isn't to accurate sometimes. That info will be under the author and artist names.

Personally I recommend Franken Fran and Biomeat-Nector. Both have monthly releases and are Horror Manga. P.S. Biomeat is labeled as irregular, but 2-5 chapters are released every month!

Our Activity was creating Gothic lolita outfits out of newspaper, toilet paper and scotch tape. There were two very cool outfits made, and if anyone has pictures, please send them to me and I can post our clubs creativity on the website.

Welcome back from what we hope was a wonderful Summer! This semester we'll be watching some wonderful anime. But first we need to hold the Anime Film Festival, which will happen on Sunday September 14th @ 1PM. We had our first meeting on the 5th and watched the First episode of Macross Frontier. We will meet on Friday September 12th and like all of our meetings it will still being held at 6:30 - 8:30 PM every Friday in the Big 12 Room.
